The smell of this in the oven all day is to die for.
Better yet, tradition has it bake it over night and wake up with the whole house full of this divine aroma!
This is Dina showing me how to make it. Thanks Dina!

1 Kg Plain flour
Cold Water

Mix all dry ingredients in big bowl.
Slowly add cold water and mix with hand till you get a light spongy thick batter.

Butter very well oven tin with lid

Bake in low 120c overnight, about 9 hours.
Tip out and enjoy! Eat like bread to soak up sauces or like a cake
