Wine (sweet)
Cinnamon
Orange Juice
Orange zest
Apples 
Bananas

Cloves (grounded)

Variations: with Orange peel or with rasins in brandy

Mix all and leave to rest, (you and the haroset  
So easy, it's criminal.
