Hot Broth






Soaked Chinese mushrooms over night.
Used the water in the soup too.
Added just broccoli and mushrooms. 
Added Noodles, sesame oil, soya sauce, fish sauce.
Thinly sliced the broccoli stems and place in cold bowl.  Poured piping hot soup into bowl.
Slivers of pickled peppers for garnish and chopped spring onions
